Hydraulic Release Bearing:

The Hydraulic Release Bearing, also known as the Hydraulic Clutch Release Bearing, is an advancement in modern automotive technology. It uses a hydraulic system to control the clutch release process. When the driver depresses the clutch pedal, hydraulic fluid is pressed into the release bearing's hydraulic cylinder, which pushes the bearing forward, thereby separating the clutch pressure plate from the slave plate and achieving power cut-off. This design provides a lighter clutch pedal feel, reduces the physical intensity of operation and provides smoother operation due to its hydraulic assist. Helps reduce mechanical wear and improve overall driving comfort and safety.

 Hydraulic Release Bearing Feature Description:

A hydraulic release bearing, also known as a concentric slave cylinder, is primarily used in the clutch system in a vehicle's manual transmission. Its function is to disconnect the connection between the clutch pedal and the clutch pressure plate when shifting gears, so as to realise the shift operation.

 Hydraulic release bearing working principle:

1. when the driver depresses the clutch pedal, the hydraulic system is activated.

2. Hydraulic oil is pressed through a pipe to the hydraulic release bearing. 3.

3. The hydraulic fluid pushes the piston inside the bearing, causing the bearing to move outward, which in turn pushes the clutch pressure plate to disengage. 4.

4. When the driver releases the clutch pedal, the hydraulic fluid returns, the bearing resets and the clutch disc re-engages.

 Function Description:

A conventional clutch fork is a mechanical component, usually made of metal, attached between the clutch pressure plate and the pedal system. When the clutch pedal is pressed, the clutch fork moves through a series of links or cables, pushing the pressure plate away from the flywheel, thus separating the engine from the drivetrain. The design of the clutch fork requires precise transmission of force to ensure that the clutch will engage and disengage reliably, but its operation can be rough due to the mechanical connection and is prone to wear over time.

1. the driver depresses the clutch pedal, transmitting the force through a series of linkages and pull cables.

2. The force is transmitted to the clutch fork. 

3. The clutch fork pushes the clutch pressure plate to separate it from the flywheel. 

4. when the driver releases the pedal, spring force causes the clutch pressure disc to re-engage the flywheel.

Clutch Fork Features:
